Here are outstanding peace quotes:

“Peace is the result of retraining your mind to process life as it is, rather than as you think it should be.”
Wayne Dyer

“The simplification of life is one of the steps to inner peace. A persistent simplification will create inner and outer well-being that places harmony in one’s life.”
Peace Pilgrim

To bring peace into your life, you must first bring peace into your mind. Peace is very important in all lives and any soul to keep them more happy and satisfied. A pleaser will never be satisfied. Don’t be a pleaser, be yourself.
Our Day-to-day life can be busy, hectic, and at times oppressive.

Life might be hopeless sometimes, you might lose your calmness but just be aware that there will always be difficulties in every corner. Be a challenger.
It doesn’t have to be that way. Small and smart changes can make big difference over time if you wish to take action.
So today, here are 15 special ways to find more peace and calmness in your life:

Find a relaxation technique that works perfectly for you

Either listing to Blues, rock, jazz, pop… I seriously love sax music. Songs that you will only listen to instrumentals. These songs usually help me calm my spirit down and take a deeply relaxing.

I also like belly breathing and working out to release tensions and recharge during the day.
What works for you? Long walks, music, yoga, meditation, or going for a swim? Find out and do that.

Slow down

Stay calm and take action progressively because your emotions work backward too. If you slow down while walking, moving your body, or talking you can often start to feel less stressed (compared to if you move/talk fast). Don’t talk too much and stress yourself before saying things. Talk with self and mind control. Say what concerns you.
Slowing down to decrease stress goes for many other things you do in everyday life too like riding your bicycle, working at your desk, and eating.

Don’t make mountains out of molehills

This can produce a lot of excessive stress.
When facing what looks like a mountain ask yourself questions like:

Does someone on the planet have it worse than me right now?

Will this matter in 5 years?

These questions help you to zoom out and realize that things may not be that bad and that you can handle them.

Set limits: stop looking at posts of people that irritate you

Some posts on social media might make you angry. There are some friends that you don’t admire or quarreling with. Stop seeing their posts on social media or WhatsApp. Any post that brings bad thaught to your mind doesn’t worth referencing.

So If your life is overloaded then you may need to set some limits. So stop doing some of the least important things, the things that honestly don’t matter that much. Free yourself some time to rest and take a deep breath.
Set a limit for how many times you will check inboxes, Instagram, Twitter, etc. per day. And say no if you don’t have the time.

Unclutter your world, unclutter your mind

Rearrange your environment. It is good to reorder things in a very easy manner. Just take 3 minutes to declutter your workspace or the room you’re in. An uncluttered simplified and ordered space around you brings clarity and order to the mind.
So don’t stop there. Declutter, simplify, and organize your home and life too to live in a more relaxing environment. In other words, manage a simplified environment.

Use a minimalistic workspace

Leave places full of distraction and go for an easy workplace. Let your work area be just for your instruments. Don’t add too many things that are worth focusing on to reduce distraction. Put only things that will bring the same ideas to your brain. I just have a laptop on a wooden desk and that’s my workplace. I use a comfy chair and there is room for my glass of water beside the computer. That’s it.
There are no distractions here. Just me, the computer and the water. This brings peace and makes it easier to focus during my working hours.

Accept and let go

Now is now. Lost is lost. Something negative from the past, something someone said, something someone did if that is still on your mind then accepts and let that feeling and thought be pushed away.
When you accept that it is then it starts to lose power.
And while the facts may still be there in your head the negative feelings become a lot less powerful.
At this point, let that thing go like you are throwing away a bag of old clothes. And direct your focus to the present moment and something better instead.

Be 10 minutes early

It’s a small habit but it has renovated much of my travel time during the year from a slightly or very stressful time to periods of relaxation and recharging.

Ask instead of guessing

Reading minds is pretty much difficult. But still, we often try it and create tension, uncertainty, and misled conclusions for ourselves.
So ask and relate instead. It may sometimes be a bit hard at first but it can save you and the people around you so much trouble in the long run. It will also facilitate better relationships between you and others.

Stop taking all things too serious

  1. Why doesn’t she/he loves me?
  2. Why didn’t they served me?
  3. Why is this guy so wicked?
  4. Why didn’t they help me?
  5. Why don’t they like me?
  6. Why he insulted you so harshly…

You cant solve these problems so thinking about them is null. There are some certain things that you don’t have to worry about. You don’t have to worry even about how others feel about you, what they think about your life, or even about your appearance. The best way to also stop your overthinking is to focus on what you love doing, the music you love listing to. Please enjoy every moment you live in. Don’t delay yourself.

Escape for a while

Read a novel, watch your favorite TV show or a movie. It’s simple but it works well to just release pressure and relaxes.

Try to disconnect over the weekend

Vacate from your work – and work phone – where it pertains. Disconnect or at least limit your internet activity and the checking of your smartphone over the weekend.
Now spend more of your Saturdays and Sundays with undivided attention on your family, friends, hobby, or maybe being out in nature.

Remember the 5 little words that’ll help you to stay sane: one thing at a time

By maintaining those words in mind and letting them navigate you through your day and week you’ll be less stressed and more focused (and that will not only bring more inner peace but also help you to do a better and smarter job at pretty much anything).

Solve a problem that is saddling you

There are certain problems that you can solve and control that seriously disturbed you. Don’t procrastinate anymore. Solve your problem, discharge yourself and all the underlying stress and tension that it is generating in your life.
You perhaps already know what to do, you are just not doing it yet. But the longer you wait the worse the tension inside becomes.
So get up from your chair and get started on doing it for just 1-3 minutes right now.

Have faith that tomorrow is better than today

Occasionally, you may have a bad day. Or life instantly interferes with your plans for the day. All that day is just full of bad ideas in the brain, And so you don’t get what you had planned or hoped done.
The best way to handle such a situation is – in my experience – clearly tell and kindly tell yourself that there’s a day tomorrow too and that you can get it done then. There are things better than this in days to come.
Winning against yourself up is on the other hand, not a smart or helpful manner.

When stressed, frustrated, or lost in a problem, the best thing is to rotate your mind to the joyful memories with breath. Breathe with your belly for two minutes and just focus on the air going in and out.
This will calm your body down and bring your mind back into the present moment again.

Combat yourself

You seriously have to be strong enough to control your mind. If you can’t control your mind, it will take you to any place that it can. It will generate thaught from places to places, things to things. Like seriously you will always come across anything like that. The best thing to do is to control your mind.
